Many people have completed this modification on the Maxima. It looks excellent on the Maxima. I have not been able to afford them yet, but I will do this as soon as I can. I think it looks great.

The BMW E36 headlights will fit the Maxima quite nicely. The E36 is BMW's 3-series that was made from 1992 to 1999. Angeleye headlights are now available. If you do not know what the angeleye headlights are, they are just like the normal BMW headlights, but the individual lamps have rings around them. It looks sweet! A set of these cost ~$300 from ebay. This is where I intend to get them.

The installation requires some minor manipulation of the stock housing from the Maxima. To accomodate the dual lamp assembly, a larger hole must be cut into the housing. You also need the wiring harnesses for 9006 and 9007 bulbs. I still look forward to this project.
